It is all we can do to keep up according to NLS Managing Director Maher Soliman. This is less than a fulfilling job at times. Long hours with 20 hours straight being the norm. There are no weekends here. I often ask people on Monday morning what they have planned for their Friday night and the rest of the weekend.

Soliman notes "then theirs the frustration of being overloaded with cases and files. You must recognize that voice and borrower on the phone. Then, immediately and get the conversation going with the last place the caller left off .

The toughest thing of all is the fact that most of what you read out there is wrong. I try not to pay attention to it.
